Our Program

Each week for 6 months, you will connect with 5-6 other ministry leaders for personal connection and coaching. Rest in the company of honest conversation and establish a plan for development with us. There is an option for a 6-month extension, which will help put your development plan into action.

Not only do you meet weekly with your cohort, but you can schedule a monthly coaching call for one-on-one conversation with the consultant. This gives you the opportunity to discuss the most pressing matters within your own personal context.

The greatest gap in pastoral ministry is the rarity of finding vulnerable community. Here, we will ask you deep questions and allow you to step out of your duties for an hour each week. You will find that you are not alone, and through common community your ministry will be infused with life and prayer.

We will not leave you with only concepts of practical ministry development. We will get into the details of your life and help you establish a plan on paper to walk away with. The 12 month option will walk with you as you put it into action.

Our program is a combination of conversations with 18 industry experts. 3 weeks of the month will come with practical assignments and discussion, leaving the last week for Q&A. From there, we create the foundation of a personalized development plan as we take the concepts from these experts and implement them in ministry.
