Whether you are on staff at a church or a passionate lay leader, we know that ministry comes with significant burdens. Seminary prepares you with the theological foundation of vocational ministry, but most leaders would claim that personal ministry development still lacks. We all crave a space to share stories and struggles, successes and growth areas. Oftentimes, people neglect to ask the ministry leader about their personal life. Not us! We want to know where you desire to grow, and provide a program that helps you get there.
Joining a ministry cohort will give you tools provided by experts in the field of leadership and development to enhance your personal life with God to grow your ministry for God. We believe that a healthy leader creates a healthy environment. Together, we hope to connect and consult ministry leaders so they continue building God's Kingdom for a long time to come.
